Return and Exchange Policy
Return and exchange are available for select products only, as mentioned on the respective product pages. The return policy is subject to change without prior notice.
If pickup service is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
Return, exchange, or refund charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.
Returns are accepted within 3 days for wrong or damaged items only.
Return or exchange requests made after the return period specified on the product page will not be accepted.
Important Notes for Returns:
Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
Products should be returned in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
